EP 31: Dan Parris of Continuity - Expanding Diversity in Media
J. J. and Faith sit down with Dan Parris of Continuity. Continuity is a media training company whose vision is a future where our media, film, and broadcasting industries reflect the diversity of the neighborhoods they document, starting first in St. Louis. Dan talks about the many opportunities that the digital revolution has created. He also shares what inspired him to film documentaries covering poverty in Africa and the new movement of protests sparked by the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson. Dan tells J.J. and Faith his inspirational mantra and what emotions he felt after surviving a plane crash.
